Processing/Shipping

Please be aware that all orders are processed within 24 business hours (NOT including weekends, sales, or holidays).

Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days after purchase. 

Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as these items will not be immediately available to ship.

All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. MT will be processed on the following Monday.

Available shipping methods for domestic orders include:

USPS Priority Mail: $5 For Orders $28 or more (1-3 business days)

USPS Expedited mail: $18.00 (1-2 business days)

Free Shipping (USPS Priority Mail):  (1-3 business days) For domestic orders over $165.00 

Please Note: Tracking information is available for all orders. Tracking numbers will update and a notification e-mail will be sent when orders are processed. 

*Signature is required upon delivery of all packages $165 and up. Please remain up to date with your tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package. If USPS attempts delivery and you are not available, please report to your local USPS Office immediately to claim your package before it is returned to The Last Detail. The Last Detail is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once it is scanned into USPS or UPS it becomes their responsibility. All packages are insured up to $100. 

International Orders: Shipping is calculated at Checkout with a 7-14 Day Turnaround. 

 

Please note that The Last Detail ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." Which means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by The Last Detail and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to The Last Detail, we will not resend your package and instead issue a refund in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including the shipping fee).

The Last Detail is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address that the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).
